At the moment, we are only accepting exchanges for items in stock. For exchanges, all original tags must be kept in new, unused condition as it was sold. 

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of order being shipped. We will not accept items that are: washed, shrunk, torn, stained or damaged in any way from its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
